Currently, we ship within the United States to all 50 states. We are evaluating international shipping options based on regional research-compound regulations. If you are an international researcher, contact us for inquiries.

Yes. We provide third-party Certificates of Analysis for our compounds, available on our Lab Testing page. For specific batch documentation or compounds not yet posted, contact us and we will send the COA directly.

Our compounds are independently tested by third-party analytical laboratories using reverse-phase HPLC for purity quantification and MALDI mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. Tests are performed on every batch released, with results documented in the COA.

All compounds meet a minimum standard of ≥98% purity by HPLC. Most batches test in the 99.0%+ range. Specific batch results are documented in each COA on our Lab Testing page.

Our compounds are sourced from carefully vetted synthesis partners — facilities chosen for reproducibility and consistency, not for cost. We work with the same partners across multiple batches to ensure batch-to-batch reliability rather than rotating between suppliers for marginal price differences.

Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store credit card information on our servers — all payment data is handled by our processor.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before our fulfillment team begins processing. After that window, orders are typically already prepared for shipment. Contact support immediately if you need to make a change.

Yes. For larger research orders or institutional purchases, contact us with your volume requirements and we will provide custom pricing. We work with university labs, research facilities, and ongoing research programs.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO boxes for some products due to packaging requirements — please use a physical street address.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. All orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options (overnight, 2-day) are available at checkout for time-sensitive research.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage (12+ months) or at 2-8°C for short-term use <90 days. Keep sealed in the original vial and protect from light and moisture.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or sterile saline. Inject the solvent slowly down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved.

Lyophilized peptides have a shelf life of approximately 24 months when stored at -20°C in the original sealed vial. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and used <90 days for best stability.

Vials are stoppered and crimped under controlled, inert conditions to prevent oxidation and moisture degradation, preserving compound integrity until reconstitution.

Most liquid solutions are stable at room temperature when stored away from direct light. Refer to the specific product page for storage requirements. Nasal sprays should be refrigerated at 2-8°C upon receipt.

No. Freezing nasal sprays and liquid solutions can damage the compound or break the bottle. Keep refrigerated at 2-8°C. Liquid SARM solutions should be stored at room temperature, away from light.

Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. We cannot accept returns of unused products that have left our facility. Please see our Refund Policy

Contact support within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will issue a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days of verification.
