Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@Purrlife.com.

Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
  • Any product returned after the 7-day window.
  • Orders placed in error by the customer.

Refunds or Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or a replacement.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
